Fire Feast Featuring Driftless Café

This year’s Fire Feast dinner will feature a five-course farm-to-table dinner created by Chef Luke Zahm of Driftless Cafe, Viroqua Wisconsin. Luke is a James Beard semi-finalist who is frequently featured on Wisconsin Foodie and whose talent and passion for local food, local farmers, and rural community development have made him a star of the Midwest food scene.
Dinner will be served on the Midwest Fire Fest grounds on platters and serving bowls created by The Clay Collective that will be available for purchase after the dinner. Flowers will be grown and arranged by Avid Gardener. Locally grown and produced wine will be provided by Cambridge Winery, Cambridge Wisconsin.
Tickets are limited and include the meal, beer flight, and 2 glasses of wine.

This year Chef Luke Zahm travels to Uplands Cheese in Dodgeville, WI to visit award-winning cheesemaker, Andy Hatch of Uplands. Uplands Cheese is famously known for their outstanding Pleasant Ridge Reserve and Rush Creek Reserve.
Luke will be creating a special menu for the evening highlighting Uplands Cheese and local seasonal ingredients.
